Nazdar 59000 Series Enamel Plys Gloss Screen Ink is a solvent-based, fast-drying enamel ink designed for adhesion on hard-to-print surfaces. Ideal for outdoor signs, displays, and other industrial applications, this versatile ink produces a brilliant finish with long-lasting durability.

- Substrates: glass, metal, wood, some hard plastics.
- Air dry by oxidation to a flexible and glossy finish withing 4-6 hours.
- Compatible with a wide range of screen fabrics and stencil types.
Specifications:
- Ink Type: Solvent-based enamel screen ink for screen printing.
- Mesh: 200-280 tpi monofilament polyester mesh for most applications.
- Printing: Thin up to 15% to ensure proper ink flow.
- Ink Temperature for Optimum Performance: 65-90 °F.
- Storage: 65-90°F. Standard 59000 Series items are usable for a period of at least 48 months from the date of manufacture.
- Clean-up: screen wash or press wash.

Adhesion should always be tested as adhesion depends upon curing conditions, age and manufacturer of the substrate. Adhesion may be improved when the substrate is cleaned with a suitable solvent such as isopropanol.
