Getting Started

  • How do I create a website account?

    To create a website account, select Create an Account from the sign-in page and complete the required information.


    If you are an existing Nazdar SourceOne customer, you may be able to connect your website login to your existing customer account using your Nazdar SourceOne customer number and billing zip code. This allows the website to recognize your account and display your customer-specific information when you are signed in.


    If you are a new customer, you can still create a website account and begin shopping online.

  • I am already a Nazdar SourceOne customer. How do I connect my website account to my customer account?

    If you already have an account with Nazdar SourceOne, you can create a website login and connect it to your existing customer account.


    You will need your Nazdar SourceOne customer number, which can be found at the top of a previous Nazdar SourceOne invoice and your billing zip code.


    After entering this information, complete the remaining required fields, including your title, name, email address, and phone number. Once you hit submit request, the system will send an email to your designated website Company Admin for approval.


    Once your website account is approved, you will receive an email notification to set up a password. From there, your customer-specific pricing will display when you are signed in.

  • Where can I find my Nazdar SourceOne customer number?

    Your customer number can be found at the top of a previous Nazdar SourceOne invoice.


    If you do not have access to an invoice or need help locating your customer number, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713 or email Orders@Nazdar.com.

  • I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?

    For your security, passwords cannot be sent by email.


    If you forgot your password, go to the sign-in page and select Forgot Your Password? Enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox.

  • Why is my website account pending approval?

    For account security, additional website users must be approved by their company’s designated Company Admin before they can access the company account online.


    If your account is pending approval, your Company Admin has been notified and can approve your access from their website account.

Company Accounts and Admins

  • What is a Company Admin?

    A Company Admin is a website user who has access to additional account management features for their company’s website account.


    Company Admins can manage certain company account settings, including company users and company shipping and billing addresses. Company Admins can also shop online, view products, and place orders using their website account.

  • What can a Company Admin do?

    Company Admins have access to additional account management features when they sign in. These include the ability to:

    • Create and manage user accounts associated with the company account
    • Approve new website users requesting access to the company account
    • Manage company shipping addresses
    • Manage company billing addresses

    These features are limited to the Company Admin role to help keep your company’s account secure and ensure important account changes are managed by an authorized user.


    Company Admins can also continue to shop online, view products, and place orders as usual.

  • Why does a Company Admin need to approve new users?

    New users must be approved by a Company Admin to help protect your company’s account information.


    This approval process helps ensure that only authorized users can access account-related information, customer-specific pricing, company addresses, and other website account features.

  • How does a Company Admin approve a new user?

    To approve a new company user:


    1. Sign in to your website account.
    2. Go to your Account page.
    3. Open Company Users.
    4. Select Edit User under Actions.
    5. Change the new user’s status to Active.

    Once approved, the new user will receive an email notifying them that their account status has been updated.

  • What should I do if I do not recognize a new user request?

    If you do not recognize the user or do not want them added to your company account, you do not need to approve the request.


    You may reject the request or leave the user inactive. If you believe the request was made in error or have concerns about your company account, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713 or email S1Web@Nazdar.com.

  • Can more than one person from my company have website access?

    Yes. Multiple users from the same company may have website access.


    For security, new users may need to be reviewed and approved by the Company Admin before they can access the company account online.

  • Can a Company Admin still shop and place orders?

    Yes. Company Admins can shop online, view products, and place orders using their website account.


    The Company Admin role simply provides additional permissions for managing company users and company account information.

  • Can the Company Admin be changed?

    If your company needs to change the assigned Company Admin, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713 or email S1Web@Nazdar.com for assistance.

Pricing and Quotes

  • Does the website show my customer-specific pricing?

    Yes. If your website login is connected to your Nazdar SourceOne customer account, your customer-specific pricing will display when you are signed in.

  • Why do I need to sign in to see my pricing?

    Signing in allows the website to recognize your customer account and display account-specific information, including customer-specific pricing when applicable.

  • Why do some products show “Request Price”?

    Some products may require additional information before pricing can be provided. This may apply to certain equipment, specialty products, configured items, or items that require review by a Nazdar SourceOne representative.


    If a product shows Request Price, submit the request online or contact S1Promo@Nazdar.com for assistance.

Ordering Online

  • How do I order online?

    You can shop online by browsing product categories, shopping by market, or using the website search.


    If you know what you are looking for, search by keyword, product name, or SKU. You can also use filters on the search results page to narrow your results.


    Once you find the product you need, select any required product options, such as color, size, width, length, container size, or finish, and add the item to your cart.


    To complete checkout, sign in to your website account or create a new account.

  • Can I place an order without signing in?

    You may browse products without signing in, but you will need a website account to complete checkout online.


    Signing in also allows the website to display account-specific information, including customer-specific pricing when applicable.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    Yes. After your online order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.


    If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713 or email Orders@Nazdar.com.

  • Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

    If you need to edit or cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service as soon as possible at (888) 578-5713 or email Orders@Nazdar.com.


    Orders may not be able to be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

  • Can I reorder items from a previous purchase?

    If reorder functionality is available in your website account, you can reorder from your account portal through Order History or Product Reorder after signing in.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Sign in to your website account and go to your account or Order History area to view available order information.

Payment and Credit

  • What forms of payment are accepted online?

    The Nazdar SourceOne website accepts:

    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American
    • Express
    • Discover

  • Can I use my existing credit terms online?

    If your customer account has approved credit terms, account-specific payment options may be available when you are signed in.

  • When is my credit card charged?

    For some orders, final charges may need to be reviewed before processing, especially when shipping, hazardous materials fees, or other order-related charges require confirmation.


    If your final order total changes after review, Nazdar SourceOne will provide updated order information.

  • Can I download a credit application?

    Yes. A credit application is available as a downloadable PDF.


    To help protect sensitive business and financial information, credit applications are not completed directly on the website. Please download the application, complete it, sign it, and upload it to your account portal under Company Documents.

Shipping and Delivery

  • How are shipping charges calculated?

    Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as product weight, package dimensions, destination, shipping method, and any applicable hazardous materials or drop-ship requirements.


    Some shipping charges may be estimated at checkout and finalized when your order is processed.

  • Why did my final shipping charge change?

    Some products or orders require additional shipping review after checkout. This may include hazardous materials, drop-ship items, special handling, package quantity, shipping method, or carrier requirements.


    If shipping charges need to be adjusted, final charges will be confirmed when your order is processed.

  • What does drop ship mean?

    A drop-ship item is shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer rather than from a Nazdar SourceOne stocking location.


    Some drop-ship items may have additional shipping charges, longer processing times, or special return restrictions.

  • What are hazardous materials charges, and when are they assessed?

    Some products require hazardous materials handling fees due to shipping regulations.


    Hazardous materials shipped by ground are assessed a charge of $57.25 per package. Hazardous materials shipped by air are assessed a charge of $185.00 per package.


    Some products cannot be shipped by air. If special shipping arrangements are needed, Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service will contact you.


    Our shipping department makes every effort to minimize hazardous materials charges by packing as many hazmat items in a single shipping container as safely as possible. Some hazardous materials cannot safely be combined, and shipping weight must also be considered.


    Generally, single gallons of screen printing ink are packed no more than two to a box. Five-gallon containers are always shipped separately.


    The hazardous materials charge shown in the shopping cart is an approximate charge calculated by the system. Credit card orders are not charged until actual costs are determined. Final charges will be emailed once an order is processed and shipped.

  • Can hazardous materials ship by air?

    Some hazardous materials can ship by air, while others cannot.


    If a product cannot be shipped by air, Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service will contact you to make other arrangements.

  • Will I receive tracking information?

    When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

  • Will I be notified if a product in my order is backordered?

    Yes. If an item you ordered is out of stock, it may be placed on backorder automatically.


    You will be notified by email with your order status and the estimated wait time for the backordered item when available.


    If you need the item sooner, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service to discuss possible alternatives.

Returns and Order Issues

  • I received the wrong item. How can I return it?

    If you received the wrong item or believe an item is defective, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713.


    You will be given an RMA number, also known as a return material authorization number, to use when returning your order.


    RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from issuance.

  • What information do I need to request a return?

    Please have the following information available when requesting a return:

    • Packing slip
    • Invoice number
    • Invoice date
    • Description of the issue
    • Item number or product name, if available

    Returns that are not due to Nazdar SourceOne error may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • How long do I have to report a defect, shortage, or order issue?

    Defects, shortages, and order exceptions must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.


    If Nazdar SourceOne is not notified within 5 days, the order is considered complete.

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    Returns are not accepted after 30 days.


    All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

  • Are all products returnable?

    Some products may not be eligible for return, including certain special-order, drop-ship, opened, used, or non-stock items.


    Please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service before returning any product to confirm whether the item is eligible for return and to obtain an RMA number.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    After a return has been received, it typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to process.


    If you paid by credit card, approved refunds will be credited to the same credit card. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service as soon as possible at (888) 578-5713 or email Orders@Nazdar.com.


    Please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damage if requested. This can help with the review and claims process.

Product Help

  • Where can I find product documents, SDS, or technical data sheets?

    Product documents, SDS, and technical data sheets may be available on the product detail page when applicable. They can also be located and downloaded from the Safety Data Sheet Library found in the Resources dropdown from the top menu.


    If you cannot find the document you need, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service or your Nazdar SourceOne representative for assistance.

  • How do I know which product is right for my application?

    Many products have specific application, equipment, material, and performance considerations.


    If you are unsure which product is right for your needs, please contact Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service or your Nazdar SourceOne representative. They can help direct you to the appropriate product information or technical support.

  • Are all Nazdar SourceOne products available to purchase online?

    Not all products may be available for direct online purchase.


    Some products may require additional review, quote assistance, special shipping considerations, or support from a Nazdar SourceOne representative. If a product is not available to purchase online, follow the instructions on the product page or contact Customer Service for assistance.

Sales Tax

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax requirements.


    Standard sales tax will only apply to residents of a U.S. state in which Nazdar SourceOne is registered. The following U.S. states are currently excluded from sales tax collection: Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Oregon.


    This list is subject to change based on applicable tax requirements.

  • What if my organization is tax exempt?

    If your organization is tax exempt, please make sure your exemption documentation is on file before placing your order. This can be uploaded to the Company Documents section of your account portal.
