M&R Eco-Tex Lite Automatic Screen Cleaning and Reclaiming System

The Eco-Texâ„¢ Lite is the newest model in the Eco-Tex family of screen products. Eco-Tex Lite provides the ideal solution for small to mid-size screen printing companies who want to automate the screen cleaning and reclaiming process while increasing productivity and save on labor and chemicals.

Like the Eco-Tex Modular, all three of the Eco-Tex Lite chambers are enclosed so they improve the working environment by reducing direct exposure to screen processing chemicals. The chemical chambers have improved spray nozzle patterns for more efficient cleaning. Individual chambers keep cleaning and reclaiming chemicals separate to maximize their effectiveness. Environmental impact is also reduced by recirculation.

The first module applies ink removal chemistry and allows dripoff time for chemical recirculation. The second module applies emulsion remover to soften emulsion and drip off for soak time and recirculation. The third module power washes the screens removing the emulsion. The final stop is the outfeed.
