Fast evaporating and high solvency make this an excellent press wash to remove solvent and UV inks during color changes or end of shift.
Not recommended for use with pure photopolymer emulsions.
Processing Recommendations:
- Apply to the screen during ink removal or after both ink and stencil have been removed.
- Apply to both sides of the screen with a brush, spray bottle, rag or by using the ImageStar Chemical Delivery Spray System.
- Brush or scrub theses products into the screen to re-wet any dried ink left in the mesh, then power wash the ink and residue off the screen.
- If using these products prior to removing the stencil, a second application after stencil removal may be necessary to remove remaining ink stains.
