Nazdar’s 4000 Series UV LED Screen Ink is a versatile graphic screen-printing ink for indoor and outdoor sign and display applications. It delivers strong adhesion across a wide range of substrates and supports heat bending, router cutting, and low draw thermoforming. UV LED curing systems offer lower energy use, reduced heat, and longer lamp life compared to traditional mercury vapor curing.
Medium Tack Rheology (MTR) Halftones can achieve processing speeds for flatbed, clam shell and most in-line presses while maintaining dot quality.

Adhesion should always be tested as adhesion depends upon curing conditions, age and manufacturer of the substrate. Adhesion may be improved when the substrate is cleaned with a suitable solvent such as isopropanol.
