It delivers strong adhesion across a wide range of substrates and supports heat bending, router cutting, and low draw thermoforming. UV LED curing systems offer lower energy use, reduced heat, and longer lamp life compared to traditional mercury vapor curing.
Primary Substrates:
- Rigid Vinyl (PVC), Trade Name: Celtec, Palboard, Sintra
- Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG)
- Treated Polypropylene (PP)
- Treated Fluted/Corrugated Polypropylene (PP)
- Treated Polyethylene (Flatstock HDPE)
- Styrene/Polystyrene (PS)
- Acrylonitrile‑Butadiene‑Styrene (ABS)
- Acrylics
Secondary Substrates:
- Coated Paper/Coated Cardstock
- Static Cling/ Window Cling Vinyl (PVC)
- Flexible Vinyl (PVC)

Ink swatch colors are designed to help ordering and are an approximation only and should not be used for color matching.
Adhesion should always be tested as adhesion depends upon curing conditions, age and manufacturer of the substrate. Adhesion may be improved when the substrate is cleaned with a suitable solvent such as isopropanol.
