MagnaPrint® Migration Blocker Black is a new dye migration blocker, specifically designed for use with problematic fabrics.
MagnaPrint® Migration Blocker Black eliminates lifting of the garments during printing (sweating) and reduces the puckering and pin-holing of problematic fabrics. The ink gives a smoother finish with excellent matting properties, providing a perfect surface for overprinting, making it ideal to use with more fibrous fabrics. It also has a slow drying time in the screen with a softer handle finish.
MagnaPrint® Migration Blocker Black is highly effective in preventing fabric dye migration in almost all situations, and also helps build good opacity. When overprinted, it preserves the brilliance of the whites and colours and maintains the details of the design.

- FABRIC TYPES: Polyester / Poly Cotton blends
- MESH: 43 - 54T (110 – 140)
- SQUEEGEE: Medium 65° Shore, Rectangular
- STENCIL: Water resistant emulsion
- CURE TEMPERATURE: 1 - 1½ minutes at 165°C (330°F)
- ADDITIVES: 2% Crosslinker 100, 400 -- 5% Retardant Gel Conc.
- STORAGE: In cool place properly closed: >5°C (40F) <25°C (77F)
- CLEAN UP: Wash off screen using water and mild detergent
