PMI #560 RED Tape uses a strong BOPP film that prevents squeegee pressure from tearing the tape. The adhesive is resistant to all screen printing ink types so it won’t become gooey and clog the pores of the mesh. The adhesive wets into the mesh, stopping ink from seeping under the tape.
Screens can be cataloged with PMI RED Tape on them. PMI RED will always peel cleanly no matter the application and will even peel cleanly after years on the screens.
The PMI RED Tape works great with plastisol, water based discharge and solvent based inks on any type of emulsion.

- Low Profile - PMI RED Tape is 2.8 mils thick so that the squeegee can run over the edge of the tape.
- Soft Adhesive - PMI RED Tape has a soft adhesive that wets into the mesh and peels cleanly no matter the application.
