The Douthitt Wax Computer-to-Screen (CTS) System is a high-precision, high-volume screen imaging solution designed to replace traditional film and exposure methods in screen printing.
FEATURES:
- Wax-Based Imaging: Uses wax instead of ink or film, offering excellent opacity and fine detail reproduction.
- No Films or Exposure Units: Eliminates the need for vacuum frames, film positives, and manual coating.
- High Resolution: Ideal for halftones, tight line work, and complex graphics—up to 600 dpi and 85 lpi.
- Compatible with All Emulsions: Works with direct emulsions and capillary films.
- Software Integration: Accepts 1-bit TIFF files and integrates with major RIPs like Xitron/Harlequin.
- Remote Setup & Training: Includes TeamViewer support for installation and onboarding.
- Produces up to 450 screens in an 8-hour shift
- Reduces setup time and material waste
- Low maintenance with long-lasting wax heads
