How can I tell if my emulsion has been frozen?

This is a tough one. If you open the emulsion lid and it’s a colored ice cube, obviously, it has been frozen. Check with the manufacture to see if it is a “freeze thaw” product and have it replaced. If it appears normal, smooth, and good coating characteristics but it quickly gells or won’t expose, or is loaded with pinholes it is important to contact Chromaline to help you determine what the problem is. It may be a freezing problem or something else. We will do our best to resolve any problem you may have.
