How Do I Order?

Ordering from SourceOne.Nazdar.com is easy. Our sites navigation can be found near the top left of the website. Roll over the Shop By Product link to reveal Equipment, Inks and Supplies categories or Graphic, Textile, Industrial markets. Our fly out navigation will reveal subcategories relevant to that section leading you to products specific to that section of the site.

The search bar has been updated to include a drop down in the search bar to help refine product searches by Equipment, Inks or Supplies getting you to any of our 5,000 products faster. Once a product list is reached dynamic filters on the left side of the page can help refine listings by market, technology, brand and even product attribute. 

Clicking a products image will load our product pages where products are ordered via attribute selectors. This includes color swatches, pack sizes/units of measure, widths, lengths, finishes and gauge to name a few.   

Once your product has been built, click the “Add to Cart” button and you’re order will be shipped within 48 hours. 

New customers will need to click here to sign up for a new account before being able to check out their online shopping cart.

I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?

We would prefer to reset your password than risk sending it to you. Click here to go to the login page and look for the Reset Password button.

Enter your e-mail address in either the User Name or Password field and we’ll quickly reply with a password reset link via e-mail.

I'm already a Nazdar SourceOne customer. Does the website honor my customer discounts?

Yes, the website recognizes your customer discounts.

customers who already have an account set up with Nazdar SourceOne can click here to go to the Customer Registration page.

You’ll need your Nazdar SourceOne customer number which you can find at the top of a previous Nazdar SourceOne invoice. Enter your customer in the space provided and click the blue Retrieve button.

The system will automatically fill in on-file customer information, just enter your name, email address and password and begin shopping. Your discount prices will be displayed on each ordering page.

What forms of payment are accepted at Nazdar SourceOne?

The SourceOne.Nazdar.com website accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Can I download a credit application?

To protect our customers online privacy we do not allow credit applications to be performed online. However we have provided a Credit Application as a downloadable PDF for your convenience. Please download it, print it, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to the number at the top of the form.

Do you charge sales tax?

Standard sales tax will only apply to residents of a US state in which we are registered. These states are:

How are shipping charges figured?

SourceOne.Nazdar.com calculates shipping charges based on weight. Some additional drop-ship charges may apply after checkout.

What are your Hazardous Materials charges and when are they assessed?

Hazardous materials that are shipped via ground will be assessed a charge of $30.00 per package. Hazardous materials that are shipped via air will be assessed a charge of $42.50 per package.

Some products cannot be shipped via air transport. In those situations customers will receive a call from Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service to make other arrangements.

Our shipping department makes every effort to minimize these charges by packing as many hazmat items in a single shipping container as possible, taking into consideration safety (some hazmat items cannot safely be combined) and shipping weight. Generally speaking, single gallons of screen printing ink will be packed no more than two to a box. Five gallon containers are always shipped separately.

The hazardous materials charge shown on the shopping cart is an approximate charge calculated by the system. Credit card orders are not charged until actual costs are determined. Final charges will be e-mailed once an order is processed and shipped.

I received the wrong item. How can I return it?

If you have received the wrong item or an item is defective, please call Nazdar SourceOne Customer Service at (888) 578-5713. You will be given an RMA number (return material authorization) to use in returning your order. (RMA # are good for 10 days from issuance.)

You will need to provide the packing slip, invoice number and date. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days of receipt of order or order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to the same credit card. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

Will I be notified if a product on my order is backordered?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically and you will be notified via e-mail of your order status and the estimated wait time of your backordered item(s).
