My screen is full of pinholes and looks weak. What’s going on?

This is a classic problem that usually relates to exposure. An underexposed screen will have many problems including pin holing, thin stencils, poor edge definition, weak stencils saw tooth, and difficult reclaiming. I highly recommend using an exposure calculator to determine the proper exposure. A properly exposed screen will usually solve these issues. If the problem persists check with the manufacture to make sure you are using the correct emulsion for the job.
