What's new: This year, the company coordinated an on-site health-and-wellness fair. This event connected employees with representatives from their available benefits through Cigna, Cigna EAP, Fidelity, Legal & Identity Shield, First Stop Health and VSP. Interactive booths provided massages, hearing tests, dermascans and autorefraction assessments. Employees talked to chiropractors, dietitians, fitness specialists and acupuncturists. The participation rate exceeded 70%.
