STAHLS’ has put together some resources and took out the guesswork when it comes to jersey application. Below, we broke down appropriate sizes for youth and adult jerseys and certain numbers allowed in basketball and football.

BASKETBALL – Legal numbers are the following; 00, 0-5, 10-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45, 50-55. A team roster may not include both a 0 and 00. The reasoning: These numbers can easily be signaled by the referee using one hand.
