M&R, Glen Ellyn, Ill., recently announced its “Finish First with Kruzer!” contest, which will be held Jan. 16-17 at ISS Long Beach.
Eight randomly selected teams of two (four teams per day) will compete on Friday and Saturday of the show for the fastest assembly time using M&R’s entry-level manual press, the Kruzer. The winning team will receive a free Kruzer.
Links to contest details, as well as terms and conditions, will be posted Dec. 3 on the M&R website [link], Facebook page and the M&R Forums. They’ll also appear in the December issue of The M&R Source newsletter.
The Kruzer press includes tapered, roller bearing-supported upper and lower carousels, a precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft and three-point pallet leveling system. Its unique lever-adjusted off-contact system operates vertically, eliminating the need for a separate angle adjustment, according to the company. It is available in a six-color/four-station model, and it’s designed to fit through a 31-inch doorway when disassembled. Side-screen holders and solid aluminum, low-profile, rubber-coated pallets are standard.
