The G-210 is a mechanical stretching machine, being fully adjustable with one side fixed to the floor and three sides movable to accommodate screen frames from the maximum outside dimension down to 400 x 400 mm. Mesh stretching is carried out from all four sides, and the unit operates without electrical or compressed air services. When stretching one frame, the unit presses against the four sides, pre-bowing the frame sections before mesh adhesion. This ensures the screen will support the full tension applied by the machine when it is taken out of the unit.
