LBX is a Non-Phthalate (NP) liquid plasticizer used for reducing plastisol inks. The recommended proportion is 1% to 5% by weight.
LBX is a non-curable reducer, which if used in excess, will cause fusing or curing problems. This reducer should not be used in low bleed inks as it will greatly lower the bleed resistance of those inks.
The use of a curable reducer is highly recommended for general use when adjusting the viscosity of plastisol inks.
