Savings on Curing Systems
M&R Red Chili DX Flash Cure System
The freestanding Red Chili DX quartz flash cure system offers all the benefits of the Red Chili D, but has numerous sophisticated
features that can be operated directly from newer compatible M&R presses (Challenger III, Gauntlet III & Stryker). Those
features include flash duration, power level, temperature sensor, and programmed individual multi-function settings.
M&R Red Chili D Flash Cure System
The freestanding Red Chili D quartz flash cure system uses medium-wave sealed tungsten filament quartz lamps with adjustable intensity. Instant-on flash cure technology conserves energy by reverting to standby status when the screen printing press is idle, and the curing lamps are divided into three flashing zones, which can be operated independently or in any combination.
M&R Acoma Manual Flash Cure System
Acoma's powerful infrared heat panel with solid-state dwell controller and temperature control dial provide consistent heat settings from job-to-job. Acoma's light weight makes it easy to wheel around the shop. Its adjustable stand and panel assembly has 120 degree swivel movement to provide clearance for even oversized pallets.
M&R Economax D Electric Textile Dryer
Easy to own and economical to operate, Economax D is the ultimate affordable, space-saving textile dryer. It's available in 61 cm (24") belt widths. Not only does it have the highest production capacity in its class, it's also the most energy efficient. Heavy-duty thermal insulation prevents heat from migrating into the workplace, while CoolSkin technology leaves the dryer skin cool to the touch. Fast cure rates and high product throughput maximize dryer capacity and minimize per-unit cost.
