Challenges establishing a secure connection with UPS’s “real-time shipping rate” website may sometimes result in an error message on the SourceOne.Nazdar.com website. For times when a refresh of the page (ctrl + F5 for Windows or command + R for Apple) does not provide a solution it may be beneficial for our users to set the web browser to the proper TLS 1.2 security protocol.

The following steps will set your browser to use the TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) needed to retrieve real-time shipping rates.
