Increasing the size of an image has always been a source of consternation to the digital artist. Increasing the size or resolution of an image can sometimes compromise image quality, resulting in blurred edges, dulled colors and diminished contrast (see Figures 1A, B and C). A new reality TV show on GSN has enlisted Roland DGA as a promotional partner. “Window Warriors,” which premiered earlier this week, pits window display designers against one another in themed contests each week. Contestants will use Roland devices including the Soljet Pro 4 XR-640 printer/cutter, VersaUV LEJ-640 printer, and Camm-1 GS-24 vinyl cutter.
